Bruce B. MacDonald
Bruce B. MacDonald, J.D., is the founder and owner of the Law Firm, in Yorktown Heights, New York.  He received a Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1968 and his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1973.  He began his legal career as an associate at the New York City law firm of Reid & Priest.  Mr. MacDonald is admitted to practice in New York State (1974), U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit (1975), U.S District Court, Southern District of New York (1976).

Mr. MacDonald is author of the Consumers Guide to Medicaid Planning, the Westchester/Putnam Nursing Home Guide. He also writes Elder Law & You, a semi-monthly publication for clients and professionals. He is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts & Estates Sections of the New York State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  He is a participating attorney in the AARP Legal Services Network.

Suzanne Roesing
Suzanne Roesing has been a paralegal with the law firm since 1986. She earned her bachelor's degree from State University at Brockport in 1972.  Suzanne is our head paralegal responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents and is a licensed Notary Public in the State of New York. Suzanne also deals with insurance companies, and financial institutions on a daily basis. She can assist in cutting through the bureaucratic red tape to find the answers to our clients' most pressing questions.

Janet MacDonald
Janet MacDonald, a legal assistant with the law firm, earned her Associates Degree from Mercy College.  She is a licensed Notary Public for the State of New York.  Janet is responsible for drafting estate planning documents, real estate deeds, and legal research.
